Making Love? Do It Longer!
Okay so it has been a while since I posted anything so I thought I might get everyone up to date on what is going on. So we are three weeks into school already and we have nine more to go. I can’t believe that it’s going by so fast! But classes are good, definitely a lot more different than back home but I like it. I haven’t really explored the city much yet, but I’m going to make it one of my priorities soon. Maybe during my Mid-Semester Break. I wanted to plan something for then but things are to expensive here that I think I might just explore more of Melbourne instead.
I have explored the night life though, I’m guilty of that lol. It’s interesting I have to say, the Aussies can drink for sure and a lot. And they have no shame in saying what’s on their minds. Even in certain advertisements they are just honest people. There is a sign that see everyday when I go to my class in the next town over that reads “Making Love?Doit Longer!” I can’t help but laugh to myself every time I pass by it. Even in TV commercials they are a little to honest, especially in their cigarets commercials where they show an foot that is infected as they are preparing to amputate it. Sometimes things are better left unsaid.
I’m really enjoying this experience. I’m actually thinking about maybe staying for another semester or maybe even trying a semester in another country. I’m sure my parent’s won’t be to pleased but I’m only young once and why not try to get the most out of it while I still can. Anyway…… in the words of Porky Pig, Th-th-that’s all folks!
